Coupons

How coupons work

Promo codes must be entered during checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.

Missed coupon after ordering

If an order is canceled because a coupon was not applied, a 5% restocking fee still applies.

Shipping

Processing and dispatch

Products are shipped within 3–4 business days after the order is received.

Shipping fees and support

Shipping fees depend on order value and destination, with exact shipping costs shown during checkout. Shipping questions can be sent to support@imperialworkshop.com.

Warranty

What is covered

All items are covered by a 1-year limited warranty for defects in materials and workmanship, including electrical issues tied to manufacturing defects.

What is not covered

The policy excludes fried soundboards from high charging voltage, user-caused damage, normal cosmetic wear, broken blades handled case by case, and blown speakers caused by excessive programmed volume.

Returns & Refunds

Return window and condition

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of purchase and must be in new, unused condition with original labels and tags attached.

Refund timing

Refunds are processed after inspection. Allow at least 7 days from receipt for processing, and 3–5 business days for card refunds to appear.

Cancellation & Order Processing

Cancellations

Canceled or returned orders are subject to a non-negotiable 5% restocking fee, even if cancellation happens immediately after placement.

Order processing

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–4 business days, Monday through Friday excluding national holidays, and shipment confirmation emails include tracking when applicable.
